APPEARANCE
Osric is an old, balding, white-bearded scarecrow of a man, clad in rags. His eyes are as blue as a baby’s, and they glitter when he speaks of his former master. His breath stinks of wild onions and rat meat.

BACKGROUND
Osric was once personal groom to Viledel the Sea-King, until pirates sacked the island sixty years ago. Osric escaped harm by hiding under the wreck of an overturned boat, and has survived on his own ever since.

PERSONALITY
Osric hasn’t seen another living soul for sixty years, and never stops talking. Though he still takes his duty to Viledel very seriously, the arrival of the orcs and goblins have convinced him that the time to leave has come, and that our heroes are his ticket off the island.
